Mothers Me Time

Us mums need a break sometimes, but more importantly we need space. Space for your thoughts, your plans, or just to switch off.

Something I am hugely passionate about is self-care. There is no shame in taking some time to yourself, away from the kids.

This is about physical relaxation as well as positive mindset techniques and discussion.

Classes are kept small, so I can offer my entire attention on you.  Tea/coffee and biscuits included.
